Resolved – Authorization errors
June 26, 2019 – 6:13 AM MST – The issues causing some users to receive HTTP/403 Unauthorized errors has been fully addressed. Our monitoring shows there is no such error anymore. We are sorry for the short period of degraded service. A system configuration change was pushed with a version roll-out by mistake and started propagating across the platform. As soon as we corrected this configuration and the 100s of server instances were updated, the issue was resolved.

June 26, 2019 – 6:10 AM MST – A code deployment performed a few minutes ago at 5:57 AM MST is causing an elevated rate of error HTTP/403 Unauthorized. We are currently investigating.
