Messages and presence issue impacting chat agents All systems are back to normal

 
September 6, 2023 – 4:30 PM MST – We have received word from our technology partner that the issue impacting our Messaging & Live Chat users has been resolved. We will continue to closely monitor the situation.
We sincerely appreciate your patience as we worked through this issue.

 
September 6, 2023 – 3:24 PM MST – While we have yet to receive an “all clear” message from our technology provider, we continue to see improvements. No errors have been reported for approximately the last 30 minutes. We will provide another update as soon as we are able to do so.

 
September 6, 2023 – 1:39 PM MST – We are seeing a reduced number of problems but the issue is still lingering for some users. We will post another update when we receive it.

 
September 6, 2023 – 11:17 AM MST – Our technology partner has implemented a fix and are monitoring progress on the changes. We’ll continue to provide updates as we receive them.

 
September 6, 2023 – 10:19 AM MST – One of TeamSupport’s technology partners is currently experiencing a disruption today, which is impacting some Messaging & Live Chat users and causing an “Offline Chat” message to appear.

We are communicating directly with our partner and will update this page as soon as this issue is fully resolved. We apologize for the disruption.
