Dec 21, 2018 11:07 AM EST: Update from Google Cloud. The issue is only affecting 1% of requests. File transfers should be working for most SnapEngage clients. We will update once the issue is fully resolved.

Dec 21, 2018 10:24 AM MST: Due to a current Google Cloud issue, some SnapEngage users will not be able to use file transfer. We are working with Google to get this resolved as quickly as we can. We will post another update in 50 min. You can also check the status directly with Google here https://status.cloud.google.com/.
