November 7, 2022 – 9:43 AM MST – We have identified that, our websockets as a service provider, had an outage. Please see the outage report here: This outage impacted TeamSupport Messaging customers hosted on our US multi-tenant service, and single tenant customers in the US Central data center. The issue has been resolved by Pusher.
November 7, 2022 – 8:17 AM MST – We received several reports of customers who experienced some connectivity issues between 2:15am UTC and 3:15am UTC earlier today. We are reviewing our system monitoring information. Impacted customers are reporting that the issue is no longer happening. We will post an update as soon as we have findings on the issue.
