All systems are back to normal

 

March 12, 2019 – 11:59 PM MST – The issues have been fixed and the systems are recovering. Agents should be able to log into the Hub or Chat Portal without issues now, however if you are still having problems logging in, please try again in 10 mins. You can also let us know at support@snapengage.com

March 12, 2019 – 11:20 PM MST – The Google Engineering team understands the root cause and is working to implement the solution. We will provide another status update with current details soon.

March 12, 2019 – 10:24 PM MST – We are currently experiencing issues with logging into the Hub and or Chat Portal. These issues are related to a Google App Engine outage that is currently being worked on. You can also check the statuses of the issues here https://status.cloud.google.com/incident/appengine/19007 and https://status.cloud.google.com/incident/storage/19002. We are working with their tech team to get updates as quickly as we can and will update soon. We apologize for the interruption.
