This status is to provide details on TeamSupports response to the vulnerability (CVE-2021-44228) impacting multiple versions of the Apache Log4j 2 utility.

Context: CVE-2021-44228, impacting multiple versions of the Apache Log4j 2 utility, was disclosed publicly. The vulnerability impacts Apache Log4j 2 versions from (including) 2.0.1 up to (excluding) 2.15.0.

SnapEngage Software Implications: A security investigation to determine whether there was any impact to our Product Lines SnapEngage, TeamSuccess, TeamSupport and TeamInsights.

Impact: It has been found that SnapEngage is not impacted by Log4j.
