Resolved – Chat portal/admin dashboard is not loading
Update: Google Cloud Platform has released a postmortem analysis on the networking issue that led to performance degradation and prevented SnapEngage users to sign in. Google has confirmed the root cause issue has been identified and fixed.
Thursday, Jan 25, 2018 1:24pm MST – The chat portal is now loading properly and we are monitoring and investigating the root cause of the issue with our provider (Google Cloud Platform). Please contact our support team if you continue to have login problems.
