Resolved – Connection Issues
All systems are back to normal

 

 

 

Feb 15, 2018, 1:35pm MST – The Chat Portal is now loading and you should be able to receive chats. If you are still experiencing issue, please contact support@SnapEngage.com

Feb 15, 2018, 1:20pm MST – We have traced the issue back to an outage with the Google Cloud Platform and we are currently working with Google to resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Feb 15, 2018, 1pm MST – We are experiencing connection issues currently and are investigating. We will update with the latest information soon.
