Resolved – Dashboard not loading Chat Portal
All systems are back to normal




Friday 12/8/17 10:17AM MST – The issue has been fixed. Agents are now able to see the dashboard in the chat portal. Please contact support if you have any questions.

Friday 12/8/17 8:30AM MST – We have received a small number of reports about the agent      dashboard not loading via the chat portal. The dev team is currently investigating. Admins can view the dashboard in the Admin Dashboard. Stay tuned for more updates.
