Resolved – Salesforce Integration connection issues

11/17/17 4:21PM MST – The issue has been resolved and we have resent all the transcripts that were delayed. We will continue to monitor the system. Please email [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

11/17/17 11:00AM MST – If you are experiencing this issue, please click on Settings > Integrations and click the connect to Salesforce button. When you see the popup, choose “No” and re-login with your SalesForce credentials. This will fix the issue. If you would us to resend you any cases that were not sent over, feel free to chat in with our support team or send us an email [email protected]

11/17/17 10:45AM MST – We have received reports of users not being able to connect to the Salesforce integration. We are currently investigating this issue and will have more information soon.
