The stats servers are back online. Sorry again for this hour of stats interruption today. If you are experiencing any issue, please let us know.

[01/17/2014 6:04am MDT] Issue:

We are currently experiencing an outage on the infrastructure serving the statistics and reports for SnapEngage customers. We are working to bring the service back up as soon as possible. All other SnapEngage services are working normally. Only the stats are currently impacted. We will post an update at 7am MDT. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
