Messages and presence issue impacting chat agents 
September 7, 2023 – 10:39 AM MST – One of TeamSupport’s technology partners experienced a disruption earlier today. In order to help mitigate the impact to our users we made a change to the mechanism by which agent messages and presence are handled. We are closely monitoring the impact of this change. If any additional changes are made we will post an update.
