July 17, 2018 2:03pm MST – Google has confirmed that the outage has been mostly fixed. SnapEngage users/agents should be able to sign back into the chat portal or Hub now. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our support team at help.snapengage.com
July 17, 2018 1:48pm – We are seeing all services being back to normal. Google Cloud Platform has not confirmed the resolution yet, but SnapEngage chat agents and administrators are able to regain access to the system.
July 17, 2018 1:36pm MST – We have tracked the issue back to an outage with the Google Cloud Platform App Engine infrastructure. Our engineers are working with Google to get this resolved and we appreciate your patience.
