We believe that stats should be working for all our customers at this time. If you are still seeing missing data, please let us know so we can look into your account’s data specifically.
We know this has been a bit of a rollercoaster, but we are so glad to finally be able to provide your stats once again.
We would like to apologize profusely for the inconsistency of the reporting functions. We know our customers value this data, and we are working hard to ensure your continued access to this valuable information.
We are in the process of moving the data analysis and reporting service to a dedicated server.
So don’t worry!
Stats and Reports may continue to be inconsistent for a short time. But once we have our dedicated server up and running, the Stats and Reports functions will be more reliable than ever.
We are unfortunately still experiencing issues with our reporting service, and data for recent days may not be completely accurate. We are sorry. Please rest assured that no data has been lost, and we will be sending your data anew to our private server. You will have the accurate numbers for these dates once our new server is up and running.

Our new stats server is up and running, but the data is not quite ready. To ensure the complete accuracy of your data, we have been running a fresh import since late last week. This data processing has been going a bit slower than we had originally hoped, but we believe stats and reports will be functional and accurate for all customers by tomorrow evening.
Estimated Resolution: In the next 24 hours.
We are sorry to report that just as we were preparing to go live with the stats, we ran into another unforeseen problem. We think there may have been an issue with the server we had been given, so we have moved to a fresh server, and we hope to have stats ready to go by Monday of next week.
Apologies again for the repeated delays. We understand how frustrated some of you are, but please rest assured that we have had a dedicated team working on bringing stats online, and they will be working through the weekend to ensure that stats are available by the beginning of the work week.

Good news, everyone! Stats are returning to full functionality as we speak. You should have access to all data prior to ~2 weeks ago, and the rest is being processed right now. Some customers may have more recent data, but as of this moment, most customers will be missing between one day and two weeks of data. We expect that all customers will have all of their data by this evening, or tomorrow morning.
Estimated Resolution: This evening (Monday), or tomorrow morning (Tuesday).
