3:00 pm Resolved:
All website are back up and running and operational.

12:30 pm WP Engine update:
“This is a notification to inform you of a potentially continued issue that may currently be affecting one or more of your sites. The source of the problem was identified as being caused by our third-party datacenter provider and we are currently working as fast as humanly possible to restore all services. If your sites are affected, please be aware that we are running a fix at the moment.”

8:30 am redirect in place:
When trying to access the marketing website a redirect is in place to redirect you to SnapEngage application login screen. The SnapEngage application itself is unaffected by this service interuption.

7:30 am Mountain time:
The following websites are not responding:

http://help.snapengage.com
http://status.snapengage.com

We’ve contacted our hosting provider WP Engine and waiting for them to get back to us with a status update. WP Engine published the following update on their site: “Our 3rd Party Datacenter Provider has informed us that a Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) attack occurred. They are mitigating the attack and we’ll provide an update shortly.


Important note: The SnapEngage application is not affected and runs separately from these websites. So if you ever find yourself unable to access our home page, please feel free to proceed directly to our application’s sign in page at:
