Resolved – Salesforce Integration connection issues
All systems are back to normal

 

 

 

11/17/17 4:21PM MST – The issue has been resolved and we have resent all the transcripts that were delayed. We will continue to monitor the system. Please email support@SnapEngage.com with any questions or concerns.

11/17/17 11:00AM MST – If you are experiencing this issue, please click on Settings > Integrations and click the connect to Salesforce button. When you see the popup, choose “No” and re-login with your SalesForce credentials. This will fix the issue. If you would us to resend you any cases that were not sent over, feel free to chat in with our support team or send us an email support@SnapEngage.com

11/17/17 10:45AM MST – We have received┬áreports of users not being able to connect to the Salesforce integration. We are currently investigating this issue and will have more information soon.

Nov 7 2:40AM MST – The processing of the backlog of chats in the waiting queue from yesterday’s outage has been cleared at this point.The chat queuing management is back to normal now, without further side effects of yesterday’s outage.

Agent status issues

Fixed – Agents are not currently able to sign out of the chat portal.


 

 
 
 
Sept 29 2017 11:00AM MST – The issue has been fixed. Agents with incorrect status have to come back online to clear this out unfortunately or admins can set them to pause in the Admin Dashboard.
