Agent Setting Drag and Drop on Chrome 61 not working as expected (FIXED)

With the latest changes in Chrome 61, there is an issue where drag and drop to move agents between tiers is not working as expected when the window is scrolled. We are working on resolving the issue. In the meantime, we recommend that you use Firefox or Safari when moving agents between tiers.

Update 10-11-2017 9:25am MST – The issue with Chrome has been fixed and you are now able to reorder agents in priority tiers. If you are still having trouble, please clear your cache and cookies or feel free to email support@snapengage.com

Agent status issues

Fixed – Agents are not currently able to sign out of the chat portal.


 

 
 
 
Sept 29 2017 11:00AM MST – The issue has been fixed. Agents with incorrect status have to come back online to clear this out unfortunately or admins can set them to pause in the Admin Dashboard.
