Post Incident Follow-up Our service provider provided a solution to this issue which we put into place that has been running without trouble for the last few days.

4:29 pm We have received word from our service provider that they have identified an issue and are working on a fix. In the mean time we will be making some changes to the way the reports run to help minimize the issue.

2:32 pm A small number of customers are experiencing a periodic issue which is preventing their reports from displaying. Typically re-running the report after a few minutes fixes the issue. Our service provider has acknowledged that there is an issue and is working on a resolution. We will update this page as more information becomes available.
