Analytics report issues have been resolved
All systems are back to normal

 

6:12 am Our service provider for big data processing has confirmed that the partial outage they experienced has been resolved. Please come chat with us if you have any questions.

6:00 am Our Analytics reports are back to normal. The Analytics reports should be working for all customers now. We are still waiting for a confirmation from our service provider for an official status.

5:35 am Our service provider is actively working on the issue, and will provide an update within 1 hour from now. We will relay the status here in 1 hour as well.

5:16 am We are currently experiencing issues running queries to generate reports in the SnapEngage Analytics. We are in working with our service provider on a quick resolution.
