Service issue resolved.

1:00 pm We are in touch with our service providers and are working on a resolution.

1:29 pm We received a fix from our messaging providing. This change requires a code update. We are doing it now and expecting it to be available to all in 15mn.
api.pusherapp.com appears to be resolving correctly now, though some clients may have cached the failure and require time for this to expire.

1:32 pm All messages are communicating correctly now. Everything is back to normal. We are monitoring.

1:35 pm Unfortunately the problems in fact persist, but appear to be limited to certain geographies. We are still implementing mitigation strategy and should have it ready shortly.
