Around 9:00am (Mountain time), we started seeing a high error rate and elevated latency on our hosting platform, Google AppEngine. This outage is slowing down SnapEngage or making it completely timing out.
We are actively working with our service provider to determine what the issue is, and to restore service as quickly as possible.

We are deeply sorry for this outage and thank you for your patience and support while we worked on it.
